A community of humans choosing to connect with themselves on a daily basis and to be in devoted communion with their soul through movement and music.
You’ll receive a curated mini-playlist delivered straight to your device every day, giving you a direct invitation to move your body and drop into connection with yourself.
All you need to do is pick up your device, press play, and move in a way that feels true for you that day.
Playlists will be 10-16 minutes in length. You will have access to an archive of all the playlists so that you can return to them at any time you desire.
You’ll be in a thread that connects you to a field of accountability to your embodiment practice from September 7th - October 7th.
Two live & virtual embodiment journeys, where we gather in community for a soulfully curated movement experience, will be offered as an add on for those who want to go deeper.

After 6+ years in the online space, I no longer offer free challenges as I’ve found that most who sign up for free events don’t show up.
When there’s a repeating pattern of committing to a personal ritual that is then abandoned, over time the unconscious mind registers that we cannot be trusted with our commitments. underlying this is usually a limiting belief of not being deserving of self-care.
For this reason, I invite you to pause, and to make the decision to fully choose this before signing up. Choosing it doesn’t mean perfection, it means you commit to recommitting along the way as we journey together.

Hi! I’m Maria.
I’ve been practicing as an Integrative Body-Mind Coach & Healing Arts Practitioner for the past 10 year; a path born out of my own struggles with body image and Disordered eating, which led me to becoming Certified as an Eating Psychology Coach in 2016
Since then, I've trained deeply in yoga, psychosomatics, root-cause level healing, and belief reprogramming.
Before that my world was dance.
Starting at the age of 10, I spent years in studios and on stages, and eventually graduated with a BA in Choreography & Performance.
Pretty quickly, the pressure to make dance my career drained the joy out of it. I slowly stepped away and dove into teaching yoga and fitness as my main focus for 7+ years.
A couple years ago, during a challenging season, I came back to dance — just for me. it reminded me that dance has always been a homecoming for my soul and is the expression through which I most easily connect with my energy and my essence.
I’m inviting those of you who resonate with dance and authentic movement as a place of solace, to join me for a month of creating a sanctuary for our souls through dance, every day.
